The Sierra Leone is a country in Western Africa. It is bordered by Guinea to the north and east, Liberia to the southeast, and the Atlantic Ocean to the west and southwest. 

The Sierra Leone covers a total area of 71,740 km2 (27,699 sq mi)[4] and has a population estimated at 6.5 million.

Language

The Sierra Leone is a former British Colony and the official language is English but there are also several tribal languages including Mende,Temme,Krio.

Currency

Sierra Leone’s currency is the leone. The central bank of the country is the Bank of Sierra Leone which is located in the capital,Freetown.
